"Changing my reviews , Have been struggling to get proper updates on my policies lately, been with statefarm for quite long time but recently i have seen agents are not welcoming and don’t offer any help before any cancellation of policy and didn’t update me on my refunds. This is one of the reason i cancelled my policy as it high quoted plus service went down. Refund should be quick and should be on original payment method."
"Hey Anirudh, I apologize the refund for the cancellation has taken a few weeks. This is not done by my office, wish it was so I can get the refund for you.......this is done by corporate. Their processes do reflect on my office and i hate that. Like the call you made this morning was to corporate not my office. I know your check has been sent out just in the hands of the mail system now. The 1 star review reflects negatively on my office not State Farm and your issue is out of my offices hands. Again I apologize that this process took longer than you preferred but I do know your refund is in the mail."
